This natural-process THA1 Arabica is cultivated, processed, and roasted at origin in the volcanic highlands of Buôn Ma Thuột. The natural process allows the coffee cherry to dry around the seed, developing layers of fruit-forward sweetness while preserving the coffee’s bright, elegant character.
In the cup, ASCENT opens with vibrant stone fruit and wild berry, followed by delicate floral notes and the sweetness of cane sugar and honey. A soft cacao undertone adds depth without overpowering its fruit-driven profile. The body is silky and refined, balanced by lively acidity and a clean, lingering finish.
ASCENT represents a different expression of Vietnamese coffee—bright, nuanced, and distinctly shaped by the land where it was grown.
